A new face was on CBS 2's "The Weekend News" this evening. Steve Torre, 1010 WINS morning sports anchor, will be filling in for Gary Apple this weekend. I have been told that it's only for this weekend and that he will not become a permanent member of the CBS 2 sports team.
In other news, Tiki Barber will rejoin "The News This Morning" later this month.
