Bush to Delay CBS 2 News at 11:00

CBS 2 News at 11:00 won't begin until around 11:30 tonight due to the network's coverage of President Bush's address to the nation about sending more troops into Iraq. CBS News will sign on at 9 p.m. and the special report is expected to last half an hour, pushing back the primetime schedule.
