According to the Cincinnati Enquirier, Brendan Keefe is moving to WCPO-TV, where he will be the co-anchor of the station's 5:30 p.m. newscast. He begins next Monday, October 8th.
Keefe joined CBS 2 as a reporter on February 1, 2003, the day the Space Shuttle Columbia exploded upon re-entry. He joined the station from KPRC-TV in Houston, where he often covered NASA and its missions. He has since been to Iraq and Kuwait three times and most recently co-anchored the weekend morning newscasts for the past few months.
In CBS 2 bio, Keefe says that his dream job is to be a "street reporter for life" and that he's a journalist "for the thrill of the hunt - - the hunt for the truth."
