New Research Director

CBS 2 announced yesterday that it has named John Yang to the position of research director, according to this press release. He was most recently research manager for the CBS Television Stations Group. Here's his job description:

As Research Director for WCBS-TV, Yang will work closely with the CBS 2 sales department on client presentations, maintain the station’s avail system, and also provide research support to the news, programming, promotion and communications departments while handling sweep analysis and tracking.
